Canceled Orders
If you cancel your order while it is on backorder, or before your payment has been processed, we will issue a full 100% refund.  If you cancel your order after it has been charged and marked as, "SHIPPED", (if the package is still located in our warehouse and we are physically able to stop it) we will issue a full refund minus payment processing charges of 3.5%.  The reason for this is Avant-Garde Rally pays a transaction fee for a customer’s convenience to pay with a debit or credit card, and this amount is not refunded by the payment processor.
